How can I make a car reservation?
You can book online fast and easy using our online reservation system. Alternative methods are by email, by phone or by leaving a booking request in the special form on the home page.
What conditions must be fulfilled to rent a car?
Minimum age of drivers should be 23 years old, with minimum driving experience 3 years. Maximum age of the drivers should be 75 years old. It is required to present to the manager when receiving the car a valid driving licence, ID or passport and one of the accepted payment methods. Cars are rented with a same to same fuel policy.
What type of vehicles does your company provide?
We provide economy, compact, mid-size and full size cars. The entire range can be viewed via the website.
What is the duration of my car rental?
Duration is minimum 3 days. If you want to extent the rental period, please inform us at least 48 hours before the end of the rental period specified on the contract; offered upon availability.
Do you offer car delivery and collection in Cyprus?
Delivery and Collection of your rental car is possible at a fee, including Larnaca Airport, Paphos Airport and Limassol District.
How many cars can I rent at the same rental period and what is the mileage limit?
There is one driver for each booked car, so only one car can be booked. There is no mileage limitation that our company has.
If you are travelling as a large company, you can register a second driver upon signing the rental agreement. Only this person will be able to take over the driving of the rented vehicle.
What additional services does your company offer?
Upon request when making a car booking, you can additionally request: child seat; registration of second driver; car delivery to Limassol District, Larnaca Airport and Paphos Airport.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
If I make a booking error when filling out a booking request, how do I correct it?
What should I do if my rental car breaks down?
Contact us directly whatever the time and we will give you instructions accordingly.
How do I know what type of fuel to use for the car?
Information regarding the type of fuel, as well as other technical features of the vehicle are indicated in the rental agreement. If you have fuelled your vehicle with the wrong fuel or have found a malfunction, please contact P.H. ORIGIN CAR RENTAL LTD Customer Service immediately.
What should I do if I get involved in a car accident?
Make sure not to move the car, unless instructed by a police officer, and call us immediately to provide you with instructions accordingly.
